how do i string my fender stratocaster!?!?
Ok so today is christmas and i just got a Fender American Deluxe Stratocaster HSS and i already broke the high e sting so now im trying to re-string it and im having trouble… i know how to put the string through the back and up through the bridge but i cant get it into the tuning peg because theres no hole!!! any help? and this is my exact guitar: http://www.fender.com/products//search.php?partno=0101500764

Just wind the peg until the string becomes slack and pull it through the tuning peg.
When putting in the replacement make sure the gold stopper end of the string goes through the bridge and out of the back to secure it then run the thinnest end through the tuning peg and coil up the slack so it doesn’t fly out. Then wind the peg until you have it tuned at E or whatever pitch you want.
